The Domestic Goddess in me is now googling baked cheesecake recipes. I want to bake something for my friends and family for the Chinese New Year (or Lunar New Year, if you want to be politically correct). But my mom, being the wet blanket that she is whenever I say I want to attempt baking or cooking something, always dissuades me from entering her kitchen.
Urgh!
